IDAEL
IDAEL is a facility specifically designed for the treatment of liquid effluents generated in biological process laboratories and of manufacture of pharmaceutical products.
Its objective is to reduce microbial and/or chemical contamination to adequate levels that comply with current regulations on liquid discharges to public networks.
- Operates automatically with the more efficient energy system.
- Made in stainless steel, which allows passivation of the entire system.
- Fully installed on a skid that facilitates transport and subsequent installation in its final location.
- Compact equipment of less occupation than the usual plants.
- Effective flow of effluent liquid treated from 75 l/h, with storage capacity of continuous overloads with a storage tank of ten times the flow treated.
- Customizable according to requirements.
- Maximum effluent discharge temperature automatically limited according to current regulations.
- Automation of pH control and regulation of the treated effluents.
- Possibility of manual override from the electrical panel or remote through SCADA.
- Effluent sterilization treatment to reduce the worst biological load (10 cfu/ml) of Geobacillus Stearothermophilus spores to less than one microorganism of the equipment, and the correct documentation of the process.
- Automated monitoring, control and recording of critical parameters, in compliance with FDA 21 CFR.
- Minimization of installed power and optimization of energy consumption.
